Following a simple ketogenic dietary guidelines I burned 34 pounds of visceral belly fat in the first 60 days on KETO and I reduced my A1C from 9.2 to 5.3  I beat T2 diabetes in 60 days under medical supervision by my medical doctor who had to monitor and adjust my medications according to my personal daily needs. Never make changes to your diet or medications without talking to your doctor first. Back in the days before the industrial revolution in Europe and America, we use to eat low carb, high fat, real food. Today on contrary we eat about 95% grains, potatoes and sugar or G.P.S. (waffles, pancakes, maple syrup, orange juice, apple juice, rice, potatoes, chips, fries, ketchup, coffee, honey, caramel, chocolate ice-cream, donuts, bagels, whole-grain sandwiches, spaghetti, pasta and soda). No wander diabetes, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, obesity, glucose intolerance and heart disease are diagnosed in one in every two adults in the USA.

Aging is not the equivalent to time past: Inflammation and Aging can be and will be accelerated ten times or more if you are chronically malnourished, living on cheap processed foods, grain cereals, flour and sugar. Think about your ancestors that were fishing and hunting for food.
